Is A Break Up Near?

After covering Should You Get Back with your ex as part of my Off Topic series; it seemed only fitting to cover Break ups today.  Break-ups are very difficult.  The fact that our relationship may be ending is hard but sometimes its time to let it go. Trying to  hold on to someone who has emotionally let you go is not a good thing.   You are not only hurting yourself and living a lie but also leaving room for them to cheat. Before a break-up happens there are a signs that you should look for.

I.  Arguments are the norm.

You have forgotten what normal conversations are. Each time you talk it ends in someone upset. It has come to the point that it is easier to ignore the person than talk to them.

II. Where is Waldo Syndrome.

You two use to talk throughout the day and now only chat a few times a week.  That is a red flag!

III.  Social network Overdrive

If out of the blue your partner has added random people to their friends list and is flirting them like you do not even exist; then the same thing may be happening in real life as well. How many new "friends" do they have now?

IV. Sexless

Sex was a normal occurrence in your relationship but now its wants in a while. If it seems forced or if your sex now seems routine and lacks emotion. That means they are getting it somewhere else or just not into you anymore.

V. Annoying them

If you get the impression that you’re bothering someone then most likely are. If you find yourself  initiating conversations, they just may be over you. Now they could be having a bad week but if it has gone on for a while then you should probably prepare yourself for a break-up.

VI. Endless Time Off

Some people really just need a break  from a relationship. Those people are called single because in my option there is no such thing as time off. Either you work your issues out or end the relationship. Time off just gives you room to add more issues to the list of problems that caused you to the "break" in the first places.

VII. Emotionless.

If the things you used to do to get  a reaction from them no longer work that is a red flag that your partner has checked out.

VIII. Talking is not an option

If you are constantly trying to talk about the issues in your relationship and they turn away from the opportunity.  They are all over you.
