There she is, the HP TouchPad was introduced introduced today in San Francisco as part of a wave of webOS products. The TouchPad is almost a clone of the iPad. 1.6 pounds and measures 13.7mm thick, has HP's Beats audio engine, Touch-to-Share (a feature that lets users easily transfer a website, document, song, text or call from the phone to the tablet by tapping the two devices together).

There's a new paneled email application and a pop-up notification system. Video calls are powered by Skype. Amazon's Kindle e-book store for book lovers out there. The virtual keyboard looks easy enough to use but we will see. I look forward to playing with this soon. Looks like the Motorola Xoon will not be the only kid out to play this Spring.
